Real Vs. True: the distinction between what one feels is real about oneself and the world, versus what is actually true - the idea being that we do not see the world as it is, but as we are, which is always through a slanted lens. In short, we’ll always find what we’re looking for, and this is more an indicator of our own minds than a true reflection of the state of things.
